We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, performing data analysis, and documenting requirements in collaboration with business and platform teams. This individual will be responsible for driving the delivery of solutions throughout the agile software development cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to uncover and define business needs, translating them into actionable deliverables for Agile teams.
• Proactively identify the impact of solutions on related applications, business processes, and data integrity.
• Effectively present complex or conflicting situations to stakeholders, leveraging strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to guide decisions.
• Lead and facilitate well-organized presentations and working sessions to review requirements, address gaps, and achieve stakeholder alignment.
• Produce clear, concise, and usable documentation tailored to the product lifecycle. Ensure documentation is validated by the client or product owner and is sufficient for technical teams to implement solutions.

Project-Specific Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess evolving business needs, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve problem tickets and bugs, ensuring effective communication with the development team.
• Support users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in functional troubleshooting.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, ensuring clarity and prioritization of tasks.
• Serve as a backup ScrumMaster as needed to run huddles and agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate deployment documentation, securing necessary approvals.
• Perform functional testing and develop Proof of Test (POT) documentation to support deployment readiness.
